My Weekend Plans
Hey everyone! I am very excited to talk about my weekend plans because this is the first weekend that I am incredibly busy "Discovering the D!" It is going to be a jam-packed Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
Tonight, I will be heading to the Detroit Opera House for their annual fundraiser called "Bravo Bravo" and it's exciting because they invited me to attend the VIP hour, which means I get to walk their red carpet (even I am being told the carpet will be purple). On Saturday afternoon, I will explore Ann Arbor... more specifically the Ya'ssoo Greek Festival at Saint Nicholas Greek Orthodox Church.
I love Greek food and culture!
I cannot wait to eat all the goodies they have to offer!

I cannot eat too much at the festival because Saturday evening I will attend the Hassan Foundation USA fundraiser.
The event takes place in Troy at the Met Hotel.
The organization will be hosting a dinner to raise funds for Darul Shafqat Orphanage, one of their projects in Lahore, Pakistan.

And Sunday, I will be a guest speaker on National Cancer Survivor's Day for Swan for Life foundation.
My mother is a breast cancer survivor so I have many things to talk about on that day.
The event is called "A Day for Hope" and takes place at the Great Lakes Cancer Institute in Clarkston. It starts at noon.
