THREE WHEEL ROADSTER SWEEPSTAKES

Official Rules

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.  A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCE OF WINNING.

1. How to Enter:

1. These rules govern the "Three Wheel Roadster Sweepstakes" promotion (the "Promotion") being conducted by WXYT-FM (the "Station") beginning on June 23, 2011 at 12:01 am Eastern Time ("ET") and ending on September 24, 2011 at 4:00 pm ET.

1. Entrants may participate in the Promotion through in-store entry using entry forms available while supplies last at participating Bombardier Recreational Products ("BRP") dealer locations, on-site entry at various Station appearances using entry forms available while supplies last, or online at www.971theticket.com as follows:

1)  IN-STORE ENTRY (Due Thursday, September 22, 2011 at 5:00 pm ET):  During the Entry Period, visit a participating BRP dealer location during normal business hours to obtain an official entry form (available while supplies last).  A list of participating BRP dealer locations is attached at the end of the Promotion rules.  Legibly complete the official entry form in its entirety, and provide the entrant's full name, complete address (including street address, city, state, and zip code), daytime phone number (including area code), e-mail address (if any), and date of birth, and deposit it in the official entry box at the participating location.

2)  ONLINE ENTRY (Due Thursday, September 22, 2011 at 5:00 pm ET):  To participate in the Promotion, go to www.971theticket.com and click the contest page.  Follow the links and instructions to enter and follow the links and instructions to enter the Promotion and submit your first name and last name, complete address, city, state, zip code, telephone number, date of birth and a valid email address in the online entry form during the Entry Dates.  Internet entries will be deemed made by the authorized account holder of the email address submitted at the time of entry.  The authorized account holder is the natural person who is assigned to the email address by an internet access provider, online service provider or other organization that is responsible for assigning an email address or the domain associated with the submitted email address.  Multiple participants are not permitted to share the same email address.  Use of any device to automate entry is prohibited.  Station's computer is the official time keeping device for the Promotion.

3)  ON-SITE ENTRY (Due Saturday, September 24, 2011 at 3:00 pm ET):   During the Entry Period, visit one of the events listed at the end of the Promotion rules during the Station's scheduled appearance time to obtain an official entry form (available while supplies last).  Station's scheduled appearances are attached at the end of the Promotion rules.  Legibly complete the official entry form in its entirety, and provide the entrant's full name, complete address (including street address, city, state, and zip code), daytime phone number (including area code), e-mail address (if any), and date of birth, and deposit it in the official entry box at the event.

Only one (1) entry per person is permitted regardless of the method of entry.

1. All in-store and online entries must be received by 97.1 The Ticket (the "Station") by Thursday, September 22, 2011 at 5:00 pm ET and all on-site entries must be received by Saturday, September 24, 2011 at 3:00 pm ET.  The receive date for all mail-in entries shall be determined by the Station in its sole discretion, which shall be final and binding.  The Station is not responsible for lost, stolen, mangled, misdirected, postage due, illegible, incomplete or late entries.

1. Eligibility Restrictions:

1. The Promotion is open to all licensed drivers who are 18 years of age or older and who reside in Michigan.  In order to claim the prize, the winner must have a motorcycle license or be eligible to obtain a motorcycle license in a timely manner prior to vehicle delivery.  Further, the winner must qualify for required vehicle insurance, and present evidence of such insurance prior to the delivery of the prize.  Employees of BRP, BRP dealers and distributors, the Station, its licensee, each of their respective parent, subsidiary and affiliated entities, Station's advertising and promotional agencies, its participating sponsors, other radio stations in the Detroit metropolitan area, the members of their immediate families (spouse, parent, sibling or child) and those living in the same household of each (whether related or not), are ineligible to enter or win.  This Promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited.

1. Listeners are eligible to win a prize valued at $50 or more or event tickets valued at $100 or more (per ticket) from WXYT once every 30 days but remain eligible to win prizes of $600 or greater, which can be won only once every six months.  Only one (1) winner per household is permitted in any Station promotion.

1. The winner must provide valid government-issued photo identification and provide their complete address, date of birth and phone number to claim a prize.

1. Entrants are required to provide truthful information and the Station will reject and delete any entry that it discovers to be false or fraudulent.  The Station will disqualify any entry from individuals who do not meet the eligibility requirements.

1. Prizes:

1. Maximum of one (1) grand prize may be awarded.  Grand Prize is a Can-Am Roadster Model RT-S SM5 Red B5BE.  Winner will be solely responsible for any applicable taxes, vehicle title, license and registration fees, freight, delivery, dealer preparation, emissions, inspection, additional equipment, insurance, gasoline, vehicle maintenance and all other fees and expenses not specified herein associated with the receipt and use of this prize vehicle.  Any additional options not specified herein are subject to availability and will be the responsibility of the winner.  Prize is not transferable.  Prize vehicle must be registered in the name of the prize winner.  Neither the Station nor the dealer has made or is responsible in any manner for any warranties, representations, or guarantees, express or implied, in fact or law, relating to the prize vehicle, including without limitation, its quality, mechanical condition, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose, with the exception of any standard manufacturer's warranty that may apply to the vehicle.  Grand Prize has an Approximate Retail Value of $25,399.

1. Prize Winner must provide proof of insurance and a valid motorcycle driver's license to take delivery.  Grand Prize must be claimed at the participating BRP dealer confirmed by sponsor.  Any prize not claimed within thirty (30) days of winning will be forfeited by the winner.  In the event that a prize or prize certificate is mailed to the winner, it will be with the prior written consent of the winner and therefore, winner assumes the risk of its loss.  The Station is not responsible for the safe arrival of a prize or prize certificate.

1. Grand prize will be awarded upon verification of eligibility and compliance with these official rules.  Grand Prize will not be awarded, processed, or mailed until the winner has claimed the prize at the Station, presented all required documentation, and signed all required releases and tax forms.  The Station is not responsible for the safe arrival of a prize.

1. There is no substitution, transfer or cash equivalent for prizes, except that the Station may, at its sole discretion, substitute prizes or cash of comparable value.  The prizes are expressly limited to the item(s) listed above and unless otherwise expressly specified, do not include taxes, gratuities or any other expenses.  Other restrictions may apply.

1. Selection and Notification of Winners:

1. Decisions of the Station management with respect to the Promotion are final.

1. One (1) potential Grand Prize winner will be chosen on Saturday, September 24, 2011 on or after 4:00 pm ET in a random drawing of all valid online entries received.  Odds of being selected as the Grand Prize winner depend on the number of entries received for the Promotion.

1. Grand Prize winner need not listen to the Station or be present to win.

1. Potential Grand Prize winner will be announced at Station's booth at the Ultimate Playground Event, which is part of the Fall Boat Show at Metro Beach in Harrison Township, MI on Saturday, September 24, 2011 at or around 4:00 pm in addition to being notified via telephone by the WXYT promotions department on or around 8:30 am ET on Monday, September 26, 2011.  Grand Prize winner must execute and return any required affidavit of eligibility and/or liability/publicity release within thirty (30) days of winning or prize will be forfeited.  If a potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to sign and return the required affidavit of eligibility and/or liability/publicity release within the required time period, or if a prize or prize notification is returned as undeliverable, the potential winner forfeits the prize.

1. Conditions:

1. Payments of all federal, state and local taxes are solely the responsibility of the winner.  The winner will be required to complete and submit an IRS Form W-9 with the winner's full Social Security Number or the equivalent for receipt of any prize valued at $600 or more or for any prizes awarded by the Station (or any other CBS Radio station in Station's market) in a calendar year with an aggregate value of $600 or more.  Failure to submit a complete W-9 or equivalent will result in forfeiture of the prize.  Such winnings of $600 or more will be reported to the IRS.

1. By participating in the Promotion, the winner agrees to have the winner's name, voice and likeness used in any advertising or broadcasting material relating to the Promotion without additional financial or other compensation, and, where legal, to sign a publicity release confirming such consent prior to acceptance of the prize.

1. Prior to awarding any prize or prize certificate, the Station, in its sole discretion, may require Promotion winner (and any travel companion(s) or guest(s)) to sign a liability release, agreeing to release and hold harmless the Station, its licensee, the licensee's parent, subsidiary and affiliated entities, their respective officers, shareholders, directors, employees, agents and representatives and all of their successors and assigns from and against any and all claims or liability arising directly or indirectly from the prize and participation in the Promotion.

1. If for any reason this Promotion cannot be executed as planned, including, but not limited to, as a result of infection by computer virus, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of the Station that corrupt or affect the security, administration, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Promotion, or if the Promotion is compromised or becomes technically corrupted in any way, electronically or otherwise, the Station reserves the right to cancel, terminate, suspend, or modify the Promotion.  If the Promotion is terminated before the original end date, the Station reserves the right to select the winners by random drawing from among all eligible non-suspect entries received as of the termination time/date or otherwise modify the procedure for selecting winners.

1. The Station, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to disqualify any person tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Station's website.  Failure to comply with the rules of the Promotion may result in a contestant's disqualification and/or forfeiture of any prize or prizes.  If the Station makes a good faith determination that an entrant has cheated or committed fraudulent activity in connection with a Promotion, the Station reserves the right to disqualify that entrant from entering and/or winning future Promotions and to prosecute and seek damages to the fullest extent permitted by law.

1. The Station reserves the right to make changes in the rules of the Promotion, including, without limitation, the substitution of a prize of equivalent value, which will become effective upon announcement.  If due to circumstances beyond the control of the Station, any competition or prize-related event or travel is delayed, rescheduled, postponed or cancelled, the Station reserves the right, but not the obligation, to cancel, terminate, suspend, or modify the Promotion and shall not be required to award a substitute prize.

1. The Station is not responsible for typographical or other errors in the printing, the offering or the administration of the Promotion or in the announcement of a prize.

1. For a copy of these Official Rules, send a self-addressed stamped envelope for receipt by September 23, 2011 to "Three Wheel Roadster Sweepstakes – Official Rules," Attn:  Promotions, 31555 W. 14 Mile Road, Ste. 102, Farmington Hills, MI  48334.  For the names of the prize winner send a self-addressed stamped envelope for receipt by March 23, 2012 to the above address marked "Three Wheel Roadster Sweepstakes – Winner List."  The Official Rules and the Winner List (when completed) shall also be available during regular business hours at the main offices of the Station and may be posted online at 971theticket.com.
