CareTech Solutions, the Troy IT and Web products and services provider for more than 180 U.S. hospitals is promoting its industry-leading hospital IT help desk, to more than 4,500 hospital Chief Information Officers (CIO) and Chief Medical Information Officers (CMIO) in a nationwide marketing campaign that launched Tuesday.

The integrated program, called Zero Worries, includes direct marketing, advertising, public relations, social media and trade event activities.
