CareTech Solutions, the Troy IT and Web products and services provider for more than 180 U.S. hospitals is promoting its industry-leading hospital IT help desk, to more than 4,500 hospital Chief Information Officers (CIO) and Chief Medical Information Officers (CMIO) in a nationwide marketing campaign that launched Tuesday.

The integrated program, called Zero Worries, includes direct marketing, advertising, public relations, social media and trade event activities.

“Many of today’s hospital CIOs and CMIOs are implementing multi-million dollar EMR and CPOE systems that require a whole new level of IT help desk support,” said Colleen Hanley, vice president of marketing, communication and government affairs for CareTech Solutions. “Cutting through the noise and getting the attention of this extremely busy audience requires disruptive messaging coming from a multitude of channels; the Zero Worries campaign does just that — speaks to their pain points and introduces a healthcare-specific solution that was built specifically for them.”
