WWJ and Fox Two Business Editor Murray Feldman reports that according to the management talent firm DDI World, only one in three bosses rates themselves high in quality; low self esteem in the front office.

What creates horrible bosses in real life? Workers say they want to know what you'll do and how you'll do it. They're always think they're right; they're not happy and won't tell you why.

Note to bosses: the best ones, consultants say, allow creativity, take responsibility for mistakes, never place blame on others and always tell the truth.
