Report: Lions Sign LB Tulloch
The Lions have agreed to terms with former Titans LB Stephen Tulloch, the Chicago Sun Times reports. Tulloch was widely believed to be Detroit's top free agent LB target. The deal has not been confirmed by Tulloch or his agent Drew Rosenhaus.
