Bill's Blog: Dairy Queen Miracle Treat Day

Thursday, August 11th is Dairy Queen's 5th Annual Miracle Treat Day to Benefit Children's Miracle Network Kids at Beaumont Children's Hospital. It's being called a rare summer blizzard but more accurately, you can enjoy one of the greatest desserts ever created, a Dairy Queen Blizzard and help raise funds for service and equipment for hospitalized children. Participating DQs will donate proceeds from the sale of each Blizzard sold that day to the Children's Miracle Network at Beaumont's Children's Hospital.

  Other than eating a Blizzard we wanted to know how we could help. Well, all I can say is..."I scream, you scream, we all scream to see a Ticket Chick eat ice cream"

Ticket Chick Caroline went up against our fearless producer Theron to see who could eat a DQ Blizzard faster and without getting a brain freeze. Theron usually fails whenever we enter him into some sort of eating contest but I have to say he did us proud. What are you waiting for?...Go get a Blizzard!
