Retails Sales See Biggest Jump Since March
DETROIT (WWJ) - A key to any sort of economic recovery is dependant on consumer buying.
WWJ's Rob Sanford says retailers say they're feeling better about things after some news last week.
That news was that retail sales last month saw its biggest jump since March ... this despite record lows in consumer sentiment.
Retail analyst Brian Sozzi says he's surprised at the reaction of stores.
Both Wal-Mart and Home Depot have revised their outlooks and now believe they'll see some gains.
