Safety Track of Michigan has moved to a new office about double the size of its old one.

The new office, at 12900 Haggerty Road in Belleville, is about 1,500 square feet in size.

Safety Track president Sue Stoker said that with an increase in demand for vehicle tracking technology throughout North America, Safety Track needed the additional floor space to maintain service for an increased customer base.

“We saw a need to expand our office to accommodate the growth in our business sector,” Stoker said. “We have seen an increase in demand for our fleet tracking systems and our in vehicle camera system over the past six months.”

Safety Track of Michigan is a woman-owned business that was established in 2002 to help businesses maintain control of fleet vehicles through the use of GPS tracking technology.

The company has four full-time and three contract employees.
