Best Buy Mobile Sponsors Surprise Visit Of Magic Johnson To Alma Mater

LANSING — Best Buy Mobile and Magic Johnson Enterprises Friday celebrated Best Buy Mobile’s growth in Michigan, with Earvin “Magic” Johnson surprising the students at his high school alma mater, Everett High School in Lansing.

Best Buy Mobile president Shawn Scoren was at the school to present a $5,000 donation in support of the school’s technology and education.

Best Buy Mobile’s expansion and commitment to the state of Michigan is marked with store openings this year in Flint, Saginaw, Okemos, Portage, Troy, Auburn Hills, Midland, Westland and Dearborn.

In addition to the most smartphones under one roof, Best Buy Mobile offers an array of services aimed at improving customers’ experience, including Walk Out Working, Upgrade Checker, Happy 24 and a full array of accessories for customers to protect and personalize their device.
