Police Seeking Help With I.D Of Suspect In Home Invasion & Credit Card Fraud

AUBURN HILLS (WWJ)- The Auburn Hills Police is seeking information related to a home invasion and credit card fraud.

On September 9, an elderly woman from Auburn Hills reported that someone had stolen her purse from her home.

A short time before the woman realized her purse was missing she had an encounter with a female driver who stopped in front of her home and asked, among other questions, if she lived alone.

The victim's credit card was used a short time later at a Mobile gas station in Pontiac.

The suspect vehicle appears to be a Chevy Impala with a spoiler and a moon roof.
