No alcohol, but stupidy was a factor. What’s wrong with looking both ways when crossing the street? I’m just sayin’!

The pedestrian was my friend. He was careful enough to look, but I know that area. It was a little bit of both the pedestrian and the driver’s fault. People speed down there all the time.
