2 Will Face Attempted Murder Charges In Shooting Of 10-Month-Old
MACOMB COUNTY (WWJ) - Two people will face trial for a shooting that injured a 10-month-old Detroit-area boy.
A judge found probable cause to send Kevin Smith and Latasha Hudson to trial in Macomb County on charges of attempted murder.
Roseville police say a 10-month-old boy was grazed in the head when Smith fired many shots into a home to scare an ex-girlfriend. Hudson is accused of driving him to the scene in August. The boy was not seriously hurt.
Smith and Judson remain in jail on bond.
