Watch It: Dad Brags To Clerk About 9-Year-Old's Driving
A Brownstown Township has been charged with child abuse after having his 9-year-old daughter serve as his designated driver after a night of drinking whiskey.
Why did he do it? Watch him explain to the clerk at the gas station in the Associated Press video below. Rather than seeming embarrassed, the suspect, Shawn Weimer, 39, brags to the clerk about his daughter's driving skills.
"She drove all the way here," Weimer says. The child piped in, "And I parked."
