Driver Charged With Felony In Fatal I-75 Crash
AUBURN HILLS (WWJ) - The driver in an October crash that killed a 25-year-old Auburn Hills woman has been charged with operating while intoxicated causing death.
Auburn Hills police said 23-year-old Brian Joback of Rochester Hills had a blood alcohol level of 0.15 when he flipped his car on the southbound I-75 ramp to eastbound M-59.
His passenger, Danielle Himes, died in the crash.
Joback is expected back in court on December 20.
