MBPA Launches New Web Site

WARREN -- The Michigan Business and Professional Association (MBPA) is moving into the new year with a newly refreshed Web site, www.michbusiness.org, to better serve the information needs of its more than 20,000 members, Michigan news media, educators, legislators, and interested individuals.

According to MBPA President and CEO Jennifer Kluge, visitors to the new website can expect to be pleased with the many improvements made.

"For example, in our 'business knowledge' section, we've included more content to help our members and others understand current trends and issues that are critical to running a business," Kluge said. "We expect to develop even more business resources as we move ahead."

She noted that the new Web site also ties in with the MBPA's new branding, "Making Your Business Better," and the Association's social media efforts. In addition, the new website offers a cleaner, more navigable design.

The MBPA is the largest business organization of small to medium-sized businesses in Michigan, representing more than 20,000 members who employ over 160,0000 persons. Members include attorneys, physicians, architects, accountants, construction companies, banks, retail, wholesalers, manufacturers and the like.

Member businesses receive numerous benefits including free legal and financial consultations; discounted technology, automotive and office products; employee training and recruitment assistance; and competitive group insurance rates. The MBPA is a sister association to the Michigan Food & Beverage Association.
