Plymouth Man Killed In Snowmobile Crash

PLYMOUTH (WWJ) – A 45-year-old Plymouth man who was a cub scout leader has died following a snowmobile crash in the northern Lower Peninsula.

The Crawford County sheriff’s department said Greg Nagy was riding his snowmobile on a logging road near Grayling when he rounded a corner and collided with an oncoming pickup truck.

The pickup truck driver wasn’t hurt. Investigators say the snowmobile was traveling at a high rate of speed.  Alcohol is not believed to be a factor.

Nagy is survived by a wife and two children.

The accident remains under investigation.
