DETROIT (WWJ) – One local group is spreading the message about getting tested for HIV/AIDS.  It’s all part of National Black HIV/AIDS Awareness Day Tuesday.

Darius Brantley with the Detroit Recovery Project says they are holding an event where people can get information and free testing.

The event will be held at the DRP’s center on West Grand Boulevard in Detroit Tuesday starting at 11 a.m..
