Miller Continues To Find The Net

Red Wings forward Drew Miller is expanding his horizons. He's been a grinder throughout his career, but he always knew he had more to give offensively. He just needed the right opportunity.

He has found his ideal spot this season, meshing well on the third line with Darren Helm and Danny Cleary.

Miller snapped a tie at 10:46 of the third period with his career-high 11th goal, lifting the Wings to a 4-2 victory over Edmonton at Joe Louis Arena, extending the team's franchise-record home winning streak to 18 games.

Miller has four goals in the past five games. His previous high for goals in a season was 10, reached each of the past two years. Four of his goals this season have come against the Oilers.
