Sologic Launches New Root Cause Analysis E-Learning

MIDLAND -- Midland-based Sologic, formerly called Apollo Associated Services, has launched a new online curriculum for root cause analysis called eRCA Fundamentals.

Designed to include the latest multi-media and instructional design techniques that accommodate various learning styles, eRCA Fundamentals includes administration capabilities that enable managers to monitor employee completion rates and scores. ERCA Fundamentals also follows the e-learning industry's highest technical standards for compatibility with all learning management systems.

By teaching the basic principles of cause and effect, and how they are applied, Sologic's eRCA Fundamentals prepares students to participate in RCA analyses and investigations, work more effectively with RCA leaders and colleagues, and play a valuable role in their organization's RCA program. It's also ideal for "refresher" training, or "just-in-time" training -- when events need attention and there's no time to wait for classroom instruction.

Minimizing time away from the job and enhancing productivity, students can complete Sologic's interactive, self-paced e-learning instruction in just two to three hours, which can be accomplished over multiple sessions, picking up where they left off.

System requirements include high-speed Internet access; Windows 98 or newer, or Mac OSX; Internet Explorer 5 and above; Adobe Flash Player version 7 and above; 800 MHz or higher CPU; 256MB or higher memory; sound card and speakers.
