Whitney Houston is gone, but her songs — and her house — remain.
One of those is on the market.
Some fans are upset that Houston’s New Jersey home, the one where she married Bobby Brown in 1992 and filmed her reality show with him in 2005 — is already on the market.
And it’s not just “for sale,” it’s also being marketed as a way to buy a piece of Houston’s legacy.
The listing reads that the home has memories “from the storied soaring success of the young Whitney Houston, to her marriage ceremony with Bobby Brown, this house and four-car garage hosted some of the music industries most infamous moments.”
The listing also says continues that “this house was also the scene of the activity that brought down this incredible musical diva over a 15-year cycle.” The asking price? $1.75 million.
