FCTI, Burroughs Partner To Improve ATM Availability

PLYMOUTH -- Burroughs Inc. has a new agreement with Century City, Calif.-based Financial Consulting and Trading International Inc. to provide maintenance support services to FCTI's customer base of more than 1,200 self-service ATMs.

Despite the nationwide spread of the ATMs, FCTI said the transition to Burroughs maintenance services was quick and didn't lead to business interruption.

"Burroughs has been operating under a very aggressive schedule," said Paul Cooley, FCTI president. "The transition has been seamless and our clients have commented on the improved service level and professionalism of Burroughs and their service technicians.
