LANSING (WWJ) – While city council debates, Governor Snyder is appealing a judge’s order that blocks a state-appointed review team, analyzing the city’s finances, from meeting.
State officials filed a challenge Tuesday with the Michigan Court of Appeals.
The state is asking for an appeals court ruling by noon Wednesday.
