Toy Guns Cause Scare At Local School

WALLED LAKE (WWJ) - A gun scare outside of Walled Lake Central High turned out to be only fun and games.

Oakland County Sheriff deputies were called to the school Tuesday afternoon on a report of two people with guns. The teens were found with air soft toy guns that looked like an M-16 rifle and a semi-automatic handgun.

The kids, who are from West Bloomfield Township, were questioned by police, but no criminal charges will be filed.
