DETROIT (AP) - The Macomb County Board of Commissioners has approved a tax proposal to support the Detroit Institute of Arts on the August primary ballot.
Wayne County has already approved the plan, and Oakland County commissioners take it up May 7th.

The tax could bring in roughly $20 million to $23 million a year.
