Participants Sought For Pilot Program Of Mobile Fitness App
CLARKSTON — A partnership of two Michigan-based firms, Mobile Comply and The Fit Ticket, supported by the Mobile Technology Association of Michigan, is offering families, schools and businesses across Michigan a simple way to get healthy by going mobile.
The two companies are hosting a pilot program called FitComply that enables families, schools and businesses to earn prizes by promoting a healthy lifestyle through the use of mobile technology and community education. The pilot program, which launches on May 21 in both Livingston and Oakland counties, is currently seeking participants. MTAM is providing promotional support for the program. The Fit Ticket CEO, Heather Kerr states about FitComply, “We know that campaign management tied to loyalty incentives not only stimulates end-users to utilize a mobile device, it also increases new engagement opportunities leading to community awareness and healthy lifestyle achievements.”
FitComply is designed to take advantage of that increased engagement, and according to Mobile Comply CEO Elaina Farnsworth, “Mobile technology enables us to provide children and the community with quality physical activity by supporting remote access which encourages that activity. Because mobile technology promotes interaction 24/7, we can motivate and engage students and local businesses in an environment that tailors learning and resources to their lifestyles ‘anytime, anywhere’.” To learn more about the pilot program and how you and/or your organization can participate, visit http://MobileComply.com/health-wellness or contact Tommie Sundquist at 248-707-1123.
