Ben Wallace has spoken heavily about the possibility of his retirement after this season, but has also hedged a lot throughout the year given how healthy he’s been, comparatively. Just to be sure, the Pistons celebrated his last game of the season with a commemorative video and it was an emotional night, to be sure.
But all the emotions might have been for naught, since Tayshaun Prince, speaking on NBATV as transcirbed by the Detroit Free Press says that Wallace is on the fence about retirement:
“I think it is a situation where he is still thinking about it,” Prince said. “One side is telling him it is time to spend time with the family and relax a little bit, and then the other side is saying I still have more left in the tank.
