MOBILE, ALABAMA (WWJ) – More problems for Detroit Lions off the field, as defensive tackle Nick Fairley is arrested early Sunday morning for driving under the influence and eluding police.
According to FOX10TV.com, Fairley was arrested shortly after 1:00 a.m. Sunday on I-10 near the intersection of Highway 90 in Tillman’s Corner by Alabama State Troopers.
He was charged with DUI and attempting to elude police.
It is reported that Fairley was released Sunday morning after posting bond.
This is Fairley’s second arrest in less than two months. He was arrested on April 3 for marijuana possession while speeding through a residential neighborhood.
