MEDICAL WATCH:
--LHP Drew Smyly (blood blister on left middle finger) left his June 10 start. His status for his next start was uncertain.
--RF Brennan Boesch (sprained right ankle) appeared only as a pinch hitter June 10. He was back in the lineup June 12.
--RHP Octavio Dotel (right elbow inflammation) went on the 15-day disabled list retroactive to June 3. He might be able to return as soon as he's eligible.
--RHP Doug Fister (left side strain) went on the 15-day disabled list retroactive to May 29. The same ailment kept him out April 8-May 6. He threw a bullpen session June 9, but reported to the park June 10 stiff and sore. He won't be dropped into the rotation June 13 when he's eligible to come off the disabled list.
