Police Investigate Death Of Toddler Found In Pool
DETROIT (WWJ) - Detroit police are investigating an afternoon tragedy on Friday after a 2-year-old drowns.
On a scorching hot day, authorities say the toddler was found non-responsive in his back yard above-ground pool between Joy Road and Evergreen in Detroit.
Police say that the 2-year-old boy couldn't be revived. Currently they are awaiting autopsy results to confirm whether or not this was a case of accidental drowning.
No one is in custody as the investigation continues.
