MMIC Offers Advice On Surviving Growth: The Mid-Michigan Innovation Center will present a speech from Curt White, founder of White IEQ and Aegis Environmental, as he discusses surviving the highs and lows of a startup company. “Surviving Growth Curves: The Early Years” will be held Tuesday, July 17 from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the MMIC, 2007 Austin St., Midland. Seats are limited so register early!  Register at this link. The cost is $25 including lunch, or $10 for remote access.

TiECon Midwest returning: The 2012 TiECon Midwest conference, “Entrepreneurship for Economic Empowerment,” will be held Thursday and Friday, Oct. 11 and 12, at the Sheraton Detroit Novi, 21111 Haggerty Road in Novi. A formal program will be released soon. More at www.tieconmidwest.org.
