Mike Valenti's Wednesday Watchers 10-17-12
Last week Mike Valenti went 3-2 with his weekend football predictions, saying "We can hold our head a little higher, back-to-back winning weeks."
Can he make it three? Here are his latest predictions:
TCU -2.5 vs. Texas Tech- TCU is the home team. Trevone Boykin is on fire the backup QB for TCU, TCU's defense is nasty, letdown for Texas Tech following a huge win against West Virginia.
Georgia -27.5 @ Kentucky- Georgia is off a bye that always helps this late in the season, UK is dead in the water 4 week death march as mike thinks Joker Phillips will be fired, Dawgs put the screws to 'em.
Clemson -8.5 vs. Virginia Tech- Clemson off a bye and is pretty good and are also coming off a bye week, Virginia Tech is awful, especially on defense, game is in Death Valley.
Arizona State +9.5 vs. Oregon- Thursday night home dog, lively, always like it. Oregon has been tough and difficult to figure out. Arizona State has a very nice defense at least on paper.
Colorado +41 @ USC- USC hasn't beat anyone by this much, sloppy and overall I don't think they either shout out Buffs and not get to 48 points. It's a huge number to cover. You are betting on if Colorado can score 7 points.
