Body Floating In Warren Creek Identified

WARREN (WWJ/AP) - Warren police are awaiting toxicology results on Tuesday on the body of an Eastpointe man to determine how he died.

The body of 55-year-old Thomas Hugeuenin was found floating in a drainage creek in Warren on Monday afternoon by people who work in the area.

Police said Hugeuenin's wife filed a missing persons report in early October after he walked away from their home. Officials said he apparently had an alcohol abuse problem and had a tendency to roam off.

Police said Hugeuenin may have died more than two weeks ago.

Investigators haven't determined whether the man was a victim of foul play.
