DETROIT (97.1 The Ticket) Michigan head coach Brady Hoke joined Stoney and Bill Thursday morning, and as usual the main focus was on Michigan starting QB Denard Robinson.

Will he be available Saturday against Iowa?

“Oh, I don’t know the health of him and all of those things are things we are concerned about,” Hoke said.

So would the coach put in Robinson just at the end to get an ovation from the fans at the game? “You know that would be something I would think about,” he said. “To be honest with you, the seniors and the guys who are truly Michigan fans understand the significance he has had.”

One last question about Denard: How he will be remembered as a Michigan Football player?

“I think that’s something everybody will have an opinion about,” Hoke said. “We have 22 guys who have done a tremendous job for Michigan. They have responded in my opinion in a very positive way and I’m proud of all of them.”
