We in Pistonland have witnessed the art of both great and horrific free throw shooting. On the 2004 NBA champion Detroit Pistons you had Chauncey Billups who shot free throws at an 88% clip and then you had Ben Wallace who checked in at 49%. As bad as Ben was I can’t remember a free throw that was as bad as the one I saw this weekend.

Meet Brian Okam. The 7 foot center for Appalachian State is not a good free throw shooter as his 40% from the line would attest. However nothing could be as bad as his attempt in the Mountaineers 70-64 loss to Western Carolina on Saturday. This could be the worst free throw I have ever seen.
