“He’s a big corner. He’s got experience,” Lions head coach Jim Schwartz said of Bartell to “He’s in good shape and has been playing recently. He worked out well for us.”

Lacey suffered an injury to his left knee cap during the 38-10 loss to the Arizona Cardinals on Sunday night.

Schwartz told the that Lacey’s injury is not an ACL and will not require surgery. “But it’s going to put him down for a little while,” said Schwartz. “It popped back in on the field. He was game (to try and come back) but couldn’t run will enough.”
