Death Of Man In Recycling Truck Ruled Accidental

GRANDVILLE (WWJ/AP) - An autopsy has found that a man found dead in a recycling truck in western Michigan apparently died of accidental injuries sustained inside the compactor.

A worker who was sorting cardboard found the body of 48-year-old Anthony Wilson about 9:25 a.m. Monday among boxes at Louis Padnos Iron & Metal in Grandville, just southwest of Grand Rapids.

Authorities say the truck that dropped off the boxes had made about 80 stops before it arrived at the recycling facility.

The Kent County Medical Examiner's Office ruled the death an accident, WWMT-TV reported.
