PONTIAC (WWJ) – Oakland County officials have charged a Detroit teenager with sexually assaulting a 15-year-old girl while both were patients in Kingswood Hospital in Ferndale.

The 17-year-old was charged with one count of third-degree criminal sexual conduct. He was in the hospital for a court-ordered psychiatric treatment.

No further details were being released.
