Verizon Expands High-Speed 4G LTE Data To Cadillac Area

SOUTHFIELD -- Verizon Wireless is continuing to expand its 4G LTE network in Michigan. This week, the company is launching its advanced, high-speed wireless network in Wexford County, including Boon, Cadillac, Lake Mitchell and Mesick.

With Verizon Wireless 4G LTE, customers can enjoy speeds up to 10 times faster than 3G, which means customers can download a movie in a few minutes at the airport or video chat with loved ones while out of town, for example.

By mid-2013, the Verizon Wireless 4G LTE network will be available in the vast majority of markets where we currently offer 3G service, and by the end of 2013, our 4G LTE network will cover our 3G footprint.

The Verizon Wireless 4G LTE network reaches 273.5 million people across the country – close to 89 percent of the U.S. population – and is now available in 480 cities. For additional details on the Verizon Wireless 4G LTE network and its coverage, please visit http://verizonwireless.com/lte.
