March Madness Practices Open To The Public At The Palace

AUBURN HILLS (CBS Detroit) - March Madness will descend on Auburn Hills this week as The Palace of Auburn Hills plays host to second and third-round games on Thursday and Saturday.

Auburn Hills City Manager Pete Auger says there's been a lot of excitement.

"Most of the hotels are filling up and that's always good," Auger told WWJ Newsradio 950's Sandra McNeil. "We have about 2,000 hotel rooms here in Auburn Hills -- so that's always good when we have people traveling to Michigan. I think we'll show pretty well."
