Logic Solutions' Showcase App Boosts Productivity at Trade Shows
ANN ARBOR -- Logic Solutions Inc. reported Tuesday that users of its Showcase app increased productivity after using the mobile sales system at trade shows and during offsite sales calls.
Showcase is a mobile app that displays a company's catalog and sales materials, and performs order entry, among other sales functions.
A company admin manages all product information internally with Showcase's user-friendly content management system. Representatives of Real Flame, makers of ventless gel fireplaces and accessories, use Showcase at trade shows, including the upcoming National Hardware Show, May 7-9 in Las Vegas.
Said Nicole Krause, marketing manager: "By using Showcase we're able to submit and ship orders immediately, so they leave the factory within 24 hours. We no longer have to wait until after the show to expedite orders."
Using Showcase has also increased user credibility with major online retailers. Krause said: "The system has been equally beneficial in selling potential customers on Real Flame. Much of our business is done online and through catalogs. Because of the iPad's remarkable screen resolution, Showcase allows us to accurately represent the quality of our lifestyle photography,which retailers have access to when selling Real Flame."
Keli Alexander, sales representative for Maui Jim Sunglasses, reported that using Showcase has saved her up to one hour each day in administrative work. She said: "Processing and submitting orders at night is a thing of the past now. The ordering process with Showcase is fast because access to all my sales information is in one app."
