Tigers reliever Octavio Dotel was not available for Sunday’s series finale against the Angels because he’s still dealing with an elbow issue, MLive.com reports. The right-hander is expected to be re-evaluated on Monday.

“I haven’t got the swelling to go away,” Dotel said. “I’m just trying to go through that, but it’s still there. Hopefully we just found a way to get it out. Today, yesterday and tomorrow, that’s three days, so we’re just going to see how things go.”
