NCAA Tournament Finalist Michigan Headlines Brooklyn Hoops Holiday Invitational at Barclays Center

BROOKLYN (May 13, 2013) –2013 NCAA Tournament finalist Michigan will face Stanford to headline the 2nd annual BROOKLYN HOOPS™ Holiday Invitational presented by adidas men's college basketball triple-header at Barclays Center on Saturday, December 21. The BROOKLYN HOOPS™ Holiday Invitational will also feature LIU Brooklyn vs. Temple and Manhattan vs. Buffalo.

 

The following week, St. John's and Columbia will tip-off in the first game of the 2nd annual BROOKLYN HOOPS™ Winter Festival presented by Honda on Saturday, December 28, which will also include Kansas State vs. Tulane and VCU vs. Boston College.

 

Tickets will go on sale Friday, May 17 at 10 a.m. and can be purchased via Ticketmaster by visiting www.barclayscenter.com, or www.ticketmaster.com, or by calling 800-745-3000. Tickets are also available at the American Express Box Office at Barclays Center beginning Saturday, May 18 at noon, or through group sales 800-GROUP-BK.

The BROOKLYN HOOPS™ Holiday Invitational and Winter Festival are part of what will be a busy 2013-14 college basketball season at Barclays Center. Maryland will tip-off against UConn on Friday, November 8. The Coaches vs. Cancer Classic will host the championship rounds of the tournament on November 22 and 23.The 2nd annual Barclays Center Classic and inaugural Barclays Center Women's Invitational will take place on November 29 and 30. Kentucky, with the nation's top recruiting class, will take on Providence on December 1 and the Atlantic 10 Championships will take place March 13-16.
