Free Health Screenings Today In Wayne County
WESTLAND (WWJ) - Get screened for free.
The Wayne County Health Department's "Health on Wheels" program is rolling into Westland Thursday afternoon.
The health and dental screenings will be offered free from 12 p.m. - 5 p.m. at Westland City Hall on Ford Road.
Screenings are for Wayne County residents of all ages, and include diabetes testing, and blood pressure, cholesterol and body mass index readings.
You can also get HIV and chronic disease screenings too, and the program will make referrals if you need follow-up services and testing.
If you can't get there on Thursday, there will be additional dates in June.
