Delay In Pre-Trial For Alleged I-96 Shooter

LIVINGSTON COUNTY (WWJ) - Another delay in the Livingston County court proceedings against the alleged I-96 shooter, Raulie Casteel.

Casteel's pre-trial on terrorism and other charges was adjourned until mid-August, pending results of an evaluation.

His attorney asked that his trial be delayed until after his November trial in Oakland County on attempted murder and 60 other charges, but Judge David Reader says that's premature and they'll talk about it in August.
