The Quicken Loans 400 comes to the Michigan International Speedway on Father’s Day, Sunday, June 16th and one of the biggest names ever in NASCAR spoke with Stoney and Bill. Jeff Gordon, the four time series champion and three time Daytona 500 champion will be in Brooklyn, Michigan that day to compete with fellow drivers, Carl Edwards, Brad Keselowski and Dale Earnhardt jr. to name a few.

We asked Jeff if he ever gets tired of people asking him about Danica Patrick and he said, “No, not at all. She’s exactly what the sport needs and she’s great.” Before Jeff got into racing stock cars, as a kid, he was a BMX racer and won 35 events and set five track records by the age of six! I was just losing the training wheels at six. We asked him if he still occasionally will jump on a bike in his down time, to which he replied, “My son is really into BMX now and he’s pretty good but no, I haven’t been on one in years.”
