Auto Supplier Leases 170,000 Square Feet in Port Huron

TROY -- L. Mason Capitani Corfac International announced that Comau Inc. has leased a 173,900-square-foot industrial building at 2100 Dove St. in Port Huron.

The manufacturing center had previously been occupied by Kuka and Hirotec North America.

Comau has nearly 40 years of experience in advanced manufacturing systems. The supplier continues to build upon a strong history in the automotive industry with 24 locations in 13 countries.

Jason Capitani and Joe DePonio represented the landlord, Phoenix Contracting, in the transaction.
