Shirtless Judge Gets Vindication As Lawsuit Against Him Tossed
DETROIT (AP) - A federal judge has tossed out a lawsuit against a suspended Wayne County judge accused of violating a man's civil rights.
Robert King filed the suit earlier this year against Wade McCree and his alleged mistress, Geniene Mott.
King claimed McCree was having a sexual relationship with Mott while presiding over a child support case between her and King in which King was ordered to wear a tether until he paid child support.
McCree is the judge who has been reprimanded for sending a shirtless photo of himself to a court employee. The Michigan Supreme Court will decide if or how he should be punished.
