38-year-old Rasheed Wallace, a longtime Detroit Piston and now a Pistons coach, showed off a bit for the kids he is coaching during a practice dunk contest. The relatively casual approach hardly calls to mind the intensity Wallace displayed in his playing career, but the goofy grin for the camera after seems right in line with the “Sheed” so many know and love.

The video came courtesy of Pistons center Andre Drummond via Vine, where Drummond captioned the action between Wallace and rookie forward Tony Mitchell as “a little dunk contest after practice between sheed and tony mich.”
