Bagger Dave’s Kicks Off Loyalty Program With ePrize

SOUTHFIELD (WWJ) – Pleasant Ridge-based ePrize Inc. has launched a new mobile loyalty program and gaming app called Fresh Rewards for the Bagger Dave’s restaurant chain.

Bagger Dave’s is owned by Southfield-based Diversified Restaurant Holdings Inc.

The companies said Fresh Rewards is a loyalty and in-store rewards program aimed at expanding the brand’s customer base with tangible data and insights. The program was to launch Monday morning, Dec. 2.

Bagger Dave’s vice president of marketing Rebecca Raver said the app allows customers to customize their in-store experience and rewards.

Bagger Dave’s, first opened in Michigan in 2008, has 16 restaurants in Michigan, Indiana and Missouri.

Patrons can participate in Fresh Rewards via microsite registration, SMS or by scanning an in-store QR code. Once enrolled, patrons are rewarded by checking-in at any Bagger Dave’s location, purchasing specific products, rating their dining experience, referring friends or sharing the program via Twitter or Facebook.

The mobile loyalty app also includes dynamic instant win game experiences, with a variety of rewards. These include coupons and gift certificates, along with big-ticket prizes such as $10,000 to use toward a holiday shopping spree.

Fresh Rewards also offers Bagger Dave’s bi-weekly customer surveys, which the restaurant can use to increase its CRM database, engage more effectively with its current guests and expand to a key target demographic, young professionals ages 18-35.

“We took a different approach with this campaign since Bagger Dave’s is not only launching a mobile loyalty campaign, but also posing the question to their loyal customer following what they want out of a loyalty program,” said Matt Kates, vice president of strategic services at ePrize. “With this loyalty campaign, we’re aiming to promote and reward Bagger Dave’s brand advocates based on their unique, individual preferences, overall taking the loyalty campaign to a whole new level of personalization.”
