Gordon Thorsby Joins Expetec: Expectec Technology Services of Rochester Hills announces the addition of Gordon Thorsby to its sales staff. Thorsby comes to Expetec with vast experience in account management and an energy to solve new challenges in today's business environment.  His career includes a 25-plus-year career with Sony Electronics managing retailers such as K Mart, Border's, Big Lots, Kroger, Meijer's, and many other national and regional accounts. During his career Thorsby was involved in virtually every new consumer product innovation including compact disc, digital photography, Blu Ray, and a lead on retail introduction of the e-reader industry.  For these efforts and their success, Thorsby was recognized nationally as many as eight times including induction into the exclusive Samurai Society. Other experience includes cellular telecommunications account development and managing a small business. He has managed multiple websites and developed high customer growth utilizing social media tools.
